Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate item and access information, secure children and pets, identify property hazards, and have authority to remove the items. Do not include belongings you do not own or control.

Liability and law

The provider named on the accepted estimate is the contracting party for the job. Ask that provider about its dispute process and the law governing the service agreement.
